Vermont Shelter in Place Notice

March 25, 2020

The Governor of Vermont has issued a "Stay Home, Stay Safe" order and directed the closure of in-person operations for all non-essential business, effective March 25 at 5:00 pm. These restrictive measures are in place to minimize all unnecessary activities outside the home to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus and protect the public. The order can be found on the State of Vermont's website. https://governor.vermont.gov

Property maintenance and management is considered an essential service. Rieley Properties will continue to be available to respond to critical maintenance needs. Critical maintenance requests can be entered through IMPAK, our online maintenance reporting system. Please hold any minor maintenance requests until after the "Stay Home, Stay Safe" order is lifted. While we will continue to implement prescribed safety practices and social distancing, we do not want to expose our staff and residents to unnecessary risk.

For some good news...we were able to purchase several large boxes of toilet paper. We do have it available for $1 per roll, with a limit of 2 rolls per apartment unit. Please email Tina@rieleyproperties.com if you are in need of some. As a reminder, please dispose of only toilet paper in your toilet. We do not want to enter apartment units to attend to clogged toilets if it can be avoided.

Our staff's safety and the safety of our residents is our foremost priority. We will continue to be available should you need us. Stay safe.
