Finney Crossing A Walkable/Bikeable Eco-Community

I just left Finney Crossing and I already miss it! The building is new and nicely done, and the staff make sure it's very well taken care of. The people who assist with leasing, maintenance, and anything else are the best. Renting in Vermont is kind of rough sometimes, but I had NO issues whatsoever with Finney Crossing. An absolute pleasure to work with. It's the first time writing a rent check where I actually felt good about it! You really do get your moneys worth here and the rents are very fair! They also handled all the covid stuff very responsibly, I couldn't have asked for it to have been done more professionally, it was great. Tina was my building manager and she was always available, and able to help with anything. Rent here, you can't go wrong!

The repair guy was awesome. You guys run an awesome place to live; always clean, just immaculate. Love it here: thank you for all you do!

I wanted to thank you and your maintenance department for the excellent service they provide to me and your other tenants. This morning, Nick repaired my leaky air conditioner and touched up the paint from a previous leak. Nick is very efficient and personable. I appreciate the work he did for me today.

My husband, son and I have recently moved out of our 2 bed 2 bath apartment after 4 years of renting. We have relocated to another state. During those 4 years we have had a few issues within our apartment due to normal wear and tare. Every time something came up I was able to report it easily through their web page. I would get a response almost immediately. The staff fixed everything fast. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Tina the property manager was great helping with any issues that were not matinance related. We loved having garden space and the ability to use the pool when the weather was nice. Overall our experience was great and we would highly recommend renting from them.

I have been renting in Finney Crossing for three years and this has been such a great experience sadly we are relocating ; Tina is the property manager and she has been nothing less than amazing; we upgraded to a larger apartment with such ease thanks to Tina. Any repairs that needed to be made were taking care of in a timely manner Ian is wonderful and the maintenance team as well. I’ve enjoyed my time at Finney Crossing from evening walks to yogurt city or Starbucks, to the convenience of the supermarket within walking distance. Overall, Finney Crossing is a GReAT place to live from the moment Tina showed me the community I Knew this was home.

Hi, thank you for putting in a ticket to get the lock cut off my storage unit. I also wanted to take a minute and let you know how incredibly nice the man was who came to cut the lock off. It was a pain in the neck lock and he spent a lot of time making sure that he did it and was very pleasant during the whole process.
